CAVEINICOLE DE DIE
The Cave co-operative de Die is lucky to have part of its vineyards in the heart of the Natural Park of Vercors at the gates of Provence, in a particularly protected land; it became natural to become respectful of the environment. The cave co-operative de Die then started to grow some wines organically. The Drome is the first French department in a number of organic exploitations.
